August 6, 201114 yr First, RTFM. This is from memory as I don't have the NGX installed, and I am away from my FSX computer. Also, I am going to be very basic and I won't cover the actual engine cranking process or what happens after the engines are started. 1. Establish electrical power to the aircraft 2. Start APU 3. Engage APU Gen 4. Switch on APU bleed air and Engine bleed air switches 5. Open isolation valve 6. Turn packs off 7. Start engines Shane Gavin

August 6, 201114 yr Ok now u asked for a quick run-down!. read the Manual brother trust me it helps! Jamal Pratt Eastern Operations Manager| www.legend-virtual.org
August 6, 201114 yr It's a shame to not use the manuals, they are pretty much straight from Boeing. Shane Gavin
August 6, 201114 yr man, this forum has gained 35 pages since the release and 50% is from people that have questions about something they can find in the manuals. YOU ALSO PAID FOR THE MANUALS SO READ THEM! First, RTFM. This is from memory as I don't have the NGX installed, and I am away from my FSX computer. Also, I am going to be very basic and I won't cover the actual enginecranking process or what happens after the engines are started. 1. Establish electrical power to the aircraft 2. Start APU 3. Engage APU Gen 4. Switch on APU bleed air and Engine bleed air switches 5. Open isolation valve 6. Turn packs off 7. Start engines Do not APU Bleed and Engine bleeds on simultaneously. You will get a Dual Bleed warning light. just only the APU bleed. When the engines are stabilized, turn off APU Bleed and engage Engine bleeds then set the Packs back to AUTO. Regards, Harm Swinkels
