I actually got something pretty similar going into ATL last night on the ILS 26R. Got the PULL UP warning as well. That must have been why I didn't get any RA callouts.

The NGX isn't equipped with terrain radar (other than the radio altimeter but that doesn't really count in this case). What you're seeing is terrain data stored in the aircraft's avionics and is recalled based on the aircraft's position. Also, when it's solid like that, it means that the terrain warning is activated. See FCOM Vol.2 page 15.20.12.

Well, i can't see through the clouds what is behind them, And I don't know your exact position it actually seems that you are in between mountains extending more than 2000feet above your actual altitude. Are you? Or is are you way above the mountains? maybe the aircraft doesn't know exactly where it is. I don't know.

On the approach to 28R at KSFO the red is only as big as the triangle which indicates the plane maybe a little bit more but not at red as the pictures above ... just water below me ...So its working as intended or is there a workaround or maybe a fix ?

there are some other topics on this forum that some terrain addosn like FS Global cause problems with the eGPWS and Terrain Database. You might use the search function to find them
