Hello, I just bought the 737 and installed and activated it. I have been trying to install the liveries and every time I select a livery to install I get an message saying "PMDG Livery Manager.exe has stopped working" What should I do?Thanks, Joel

Nope, I just uninstalled and reinstalled the NGX because PMDG said that they fixed it but the same thing happed Regards,Woody

I had the same problem on my iMac/bootcampWindows7HomePremium.Go to properties of the 'livery manager execute file' and changes the compatibility to Windows XP SP3.It should run fine now.

Contacted us how? We've replied to every single ticket that's been in the system - it was completely clear last night and is close to clear right now.

hi read the pinned thread at start on the lievery update but if u uncheck the read file in the ngx cfg it should work

Try running the livery manager as administrator. I just did that and it worked
