PMDG, I bought your product, so please answer, if it is my mistake or it is bug. Is it so difficult to answer? Because aircraft with this problem/bug is not usable. Thank you. However, great work, it seems to be the best aircraft to FSX :)

You've got your aircraft misconfigured...at that altitude, you should be measuring speed in mach (having hit the c/o button on the MCP) and ideally have the aircraft speed managed via VNAV, not SPEED, assuming that you're in CRZ. Beyond that, without details regarding aircraft model, weather program being used, flightplan details, etc., it's hard to know what's going on. Finally, as per forum rules, you might want to include your real name in the post. Good luck!

Your MCP shows alpha 297 and you have your speed bug set into the overspeed blocks. The aircraft is basically telling you that it can't reach the speed that you command.

may i add that the correct procedure to expect an answer from pmdg is by submitting a support ticket via their support portal. every other response from them overhere may be considered a bonus you cannot expect them to respond to ALL questions here and certainly not within only 1.5 hours after your question.

Hi, what I know is that... the MCP speed is a thing and the the LVL CHG, VNAV, SPEED.... are different things..... If I select one speed... the airplane need to maintain it independently by the mode used to maintain it: - VNAV: the speed is maintained by the FMC config (apart if I use Speed INTV = MCP select speed)- LVL CHG: The A/P change pitch to maintain the MCP select speed (THR climb = CLB / THR desc = Idle)- SPEED: A/T change THR in order to maintain MCP select speed With all the modes, the speed into the box is mainteined so if I select a Speed into the MCP speed box it need to be reported on ASI even if the A/C is not configurated or in a strange situation (overspeed).....! If I'm wrong please correct me.... that's why also in my topic I considered it as a probable bug! thanks for your patience im Not Worthy.gif

Hehe, I do not condone those people that goes 'RTFM' at someone's post but in your case you need to go read up on the AP a tad me thinks.Good luck, it's a wonderful simulation of the 737.FRED
