Hi, is there anyway to make it startup C/D everytime?

Marc M.

Yes, in the FMC menu follow these steps: PMDG Setup = LSK 4RPanel State Load = LSK 2RNGX CLDDRK = LSK xR You can also do what I do. After landing the plane and shutting everything down you can "Panel State Save" from the same menu THEN set "Panel State Load" to the name of the save you just made. Next time you start her up it will load everything back the way you left it. I have mine with the external generator already turned on and hooked up for instant power. I also have my pitot probe covers on. So there, ya go!

Don't need to do that. PMDG Setup = LSK 4RStartup State = LSK 4RNGX CLDDARK = LSK xL If you don't see it, try clicking Next Page. You can choose between several states or even make your own to start as default.

Do either of you guys have a youtube video of you starting up the plane in C/D? I'd like to see some correct procedures.

If you want, you can look at the fcom. Starts at page 77.

I have my own procedures which I constructed from the FCOM and procedures other's have posted in the forums. The difference with mine is that I cut out most of the fluff such as testing this item or walking around the plane. I want realism but at the end of the day it's still a sim. Thank God too or I'd be dead from one of several crashes already.

Right, but if you have the service failures activated you better do the test... you never know when something could fail.

This is so true good Sir! I don't have mine on though. Maybe when I am more proficient I will change that but for now I'm still attempting to wrap myself around the most increadable and groundbreaking thing to hit since pecan pie. And I love pecan pie.
