August 10, 201114 yr You can't switch it off with Z properly.Assign a new Key command within the FMC for example ALT + Z.Then push it twice. The first one will disengage the autopilot and the second one would silence the alarm. The same with Autothrottle-switch. _________________________________________________________________________ With best regards Paul Benke Athlon II X4 635 2,9GHz, Gigabyte GA870A-UD3, 2x 2GB DDR3-1333, Gainward GTX460, 2x 500GB HDD Win7 64bit, FSX SP2
August 10, 201114 yr You should be able to Canx the Horn by pressing the A/P twice. Doesn't seem to work with my NGX though :-(. I fly right handed and it means I have to release my hand to move the mouse and click the Button, sometimes become unstable because of it. August 10, 201114 yr Not sure if this help you or not, but you click on the red flashing AP warning lights on the panel and it stops for me. my problem is that my AP AUTOMATICALLY disengages at the 100ft callout, every time. Is there a setting somewhere for this? If i'm doing an autoland, i'd just rather it go ahead and do the whole thing. Joe Connolly
