when you land and want the autobrakes to disengage push F4 followed by F1 straight after (instantaneous). That F4 gives full throttle which lowers the spoilers which in turn disarm the brakes like in real life. Makes the transition to manual braking mmuch smoother

Easier to just tap the period key twice.

Or use the brake pedals... though I find I have to depress them twice before I get any autobrake disconnect and lowering of spoilers... Andrew

Pressing and HOLDING the period key (1-2 secs) twice is more simple.
