TO/Go around button won't work...

I'm having a similar issue. Toga works on the ground but doesn't activate on approach to do an auto go around. I've tried in 2d, 3d, using shift+ctrl+g, and pressing the clickposts, but nothing works. On takeoff it works fine, though. Ice submitted a ticket an was told the team will investigate further. Maybe it's a bug. Anyone else having this?I haven't tried on a full flight, I've only slewed to final.
