That cut off at the dash line is specifically mentioned in the intro doc. ;) It's an FSX limitation.

If you're talking about the bottom, where it alternates from being behind the glareshield to in front of it that was noted a couple of months ago & is unavoidable. To keep it collimated they have to draw the display somewhere in front of the plane & switching the landing lights causes minor things like that.
