Im a newbie to PMDG and I guess I have been spoiled with my CoolSky MD-80 interactive training. Even the Level D 767 explains start up from a cold cockpit but the manuals seem a bit info overload for me at least. Can you point me to some kind of tutorial to start from cold and dark?
