SHIFT+Z yes that will show you FPS and other stuff when in a Flight.

I posted my .batThat's all you need to close the limiter's window. It sleeps for a second and than closes the window.The limiter is still working after closing it, and you know it is because the frame rate is exactly 40 (I have my limiter set to 40FPS) and if you use F10/F11 you can see the frame rate increase and decrease accordingly
