Try loading a flight at an airport or location which does not have any addon sceneries and try using a default aircraft like the cessna.

And you are only using a single display I suppose ? Tell me your Nvidia Settings like AA etc.....

What else is there in the Inspector ? When I had this problem I started trying a lot of things in the fsx.cfg and then I lowered my resolution from 1400x1050 to 1280x1024, you can try lowering your resolution to 1024x768.

I have had it at the lowest reso and no luck. Everything in the inspector can be found the in PMDG General forum.

I don't know what I have installed lately. Today I installed some scenery addons which i had on a HDD but the problem has been around since before that.

I am talking about after a fresh stock fsx install did you have the problem then ?

No I didn't. This started happening probably when I got antilag working, maybe a bit after.
