Thank youBikash kc
August 22, 201114 yr I think you need the freeware program FSrecorder. For screen recording to HDD you need FRAPS witch it payware to record over 30 seconds. -Raven HarrisIntel i7 980X @ 4.43GHz | ASUS Rampage III | Corsair 6GB DDR3 2000MHz | 3 EVGA GTX280 | Corsair 1200 Watt | Intel 510 SSD (RAID 0)PMDG - 747-400/8iF | MD11/F | BAe J41 | 737NG 6/7/8/9 Hope ER/BBJ|777LR/FFlight1- Cessna Mustang
August 22, 201114 yr Author hi , the one thing i really dont understand is that when i play a recorded video from fsrecorder the whole flaps light mcdu display all go blank ... that what i hate most ..... so i was asking how to avoid that. and regarding fraps how to clear the fps number display when video is recorded and played . thank u
August 22, 201114 yr I hate fraps. It puts on so much lag when recording full size which is needed for good quality, annoying. Both optimists and pessimists contribute to our society. The optimist invents the airplane and the pessimist the parachute. ~Gil Stern
August 22, 201114 yr Try using HANDBRAKE, it compresses your video while recording in HD(it uses the H.264 compression codec).Great tool. Iberê Cruz
August 22, 201114 yr So I can get good quality and good size. With the slow internet in Australia it needs to be small, it takes ages to upload. Both optimists and pessimists contribute to our society. The optimist invents the airplane and the pessimist the parachute. ~Gil Stern
August 22, 201114 yr I use fraps, but edit it with windows live movie maker to reduce the size of the video without loosing too much quality. One of my vids of Take on Helicopters http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=keE_4yXYAts Sam Rinvall
August 23, 201114 yr yes but my problem is when I record in fraps it puts on the lag when I do full size. With half size it is not HD, anyone know how I can fix this. I have also just got Handbrake. August 24, 201114 yr I honestly am not seeing that much impact on frames when recording with FRAPS. I wonder why? ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
August 24, 201114 yr I want to be able to record in full HD or at least 720p with little or no impact on FPS. With Fraps I can't seem to do that. Both optimists and pessimists contribute to our society. The optimist invents the airplane and the pessimist the parachute. ~Gil Stern
August 24, 201114 yr Handbrake records? I thought it was just a converter. I'm sorry if my statement caused a misunderstanding. Yes, Handbrake only compress the video after you record it. Iberê Cruz
August 24, 201114 yr Now I have it with little lag. I am saving to a USB 3.0 HDD and not a USB 2.0. Quality is still low. In fact I uploaded the video in case you want to have a look.http://www.youtube.com/user/Mdemons12?feature=mhee Both optimists and pessimists contribute to our society. August 24, 201114 yr Andrew, the reason you probably get lag is because you're trying to record at a resolution higher than your monitors Di Agron Dell XPS 15 L502X | Intel i5-2540m @ 2.60GHz | 4GB DDR3 1333MHz (2x2GB) | nVidia GT525M | Seagate 500GB 7200RPM | 15" 1366x768 | 23" LG 1360x768 | Got a hardware question?
