Thats wrong. You need just one radio tuned at ILS freq. and just one course selector set to correct course in order to fly ILS.
Ok, didn't realise that, I think you do for an autoland though! Autopilot B will use the data from NAV 2. This is an educated guess though as I'm away from my FCOM right now.

You do need both NAV radios and CRS selectors tuned and set to the ILS freq and course in order to enable autoland.

Thats wrong. You need just one radio tuned at ILS freq. and just one course selector set to correct course in order to fly ILS.
You only need one radio, one course selector and one FD to hand fly the ILS approach. To autoland, you need both navs tuned, both course displays set, both FDs on and both APs on.
