How to remove enbseries from FS9

Featured Replies

Thanks for the reply Dillon, however I have no idea where to start on tweaking the settings on the ini file. Where would the night environment settings be located? Any help would be great. At least just to make it a bit brighter.
Look for anything that says 'nightlevel' in the ini file.

Hello, This thread has made me curious about the ENBseries, but the ENB website is about as clear as mud and all the warnings do not make the whole thing very attractive. Nevertheless I finally downloaded gta4_v81sora (guessing this is correct, although no clue what sora is, or gta for that matter). After extracting there is no explanation whatsoever as to what should go where (yes I know that fx files go into the effects folder, but what is e.g. the difference between the folders effectv1 and effectv2? And what is enbmoon.tga and enbmoonbump.tga? Maybe someone can enlighten me. Regards,René

You've downloaded the wrong file. I'll have to let someone else help you find the right version as I'm at work now...

There's a thread in the FSX forum called: 'Enb series mod?' which should be helpful in finding the right file. The version that works in FSX is the same version that works in FS9. You have to get the latest version of the file or you will have problems with how it looks in the sim... Don't mind the bold type above, I copied pasted the thread title which caused everything after that to be in bold with no way to turn it off... huh.png

Thanks very much for the info! Regards,René
