I have posted a picture of your problem no need for another power supply, you are limited by the size of the gpu the fast cards are way to fat to fit in, hmm guess you could get the fastes thin card that will fit in there, not much you can do about this problem, sorry.

lol gddr5 is the best fastest ram as the number gets lower the older it is less capability, newer is always better hence the gddr5, your rig is not a hardcore gaming rig, if you can get the money you would need to upgrade to the latest and greatest to really enjoy fsx, thats just the way it is, I have spen tons of money on computers and upgrades to run fsx.

TBH, you'd be surprised how nice it runs! That 4FPS was because I forgot I was using that == I am an idiot! == FPS Limiter and I was running a bunch of bots on runescape (Making irl money for fsx and airsoft purposes). I mean tbh, i'm fine with the 10-20FPS I get in the NGX. Considering I run a crap load of addons and such, and it's smooth! :) You don't really need to spend thousands xD But back to what we were talking about. So that GDDR5 240 should fit right? No 6 or 8-pin or any of that?Oh and, will the "SUPERCLOCKED" one do any better? =P

I've been trying to use that D3D9 FPS limiter and I'm not too sure what to set the limit to for my PC?

I know this is off the topic you guys are on now, but I think I remember that FSX works well for limits that when multiplied, equal to your montior's Hz. For example I have a 60Hz refresh rate on my monitor. FPS could be set to 1-6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30 and 60. (I think I read it on Bojote's tweaks? If I find it I will update the thread.) So if you go with 20 or 30, you should be fine.

No Rich I do not.I just got the Shade program you recommened and I have a 27 inch HP.I'll post a screen for compairson when I get to the other PC. I also just downloaded FSRecorder so I'm experimenting there as well.
