September 9, 201114 yr Anyone know if there IS such a thing as MegasceneryX Forum? Every link I follow takes in circles to their store only.I never found one. I also had an issue with an install a while back and used the email address provided in the install docs. One week later I got an email saying they couldn't find my order number. I don't buy any Megascenery products anymore. I'm currently installing Simsavvy photoscenery which has been a great experience so far.
September 9, 201114 yr Author I bought the ENTIRE state of California when it was on sale. I already had the Socal pack and really like it but, if I had realised there was SUCH a difference between the quality of the Socal pack compared to the rest, I wouldn't have bothered with the state pack. September 9, 201114 yr Author If ONLY it were possible get more photo scenery with the quality of the SocalX pack. The RNAV approaches into PSP with the NGX are nothing short of stunning. I have had to make a few sets of airport flattens to fix all kinds of gaps between taxiways, airports half hanging off of cliffs, etc. I still rememeber years ago how excited we all were and the 25 page thread that developed while we were waiting for it to be unvieled. Now it seems the whole project had kind of gone down the tube so to speak. Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
September 10, 201114 yr Me, I enjoy every bit of MegasceneryEarth California State (Complete) with FS Dreamscapes 5 meter ProMesh DEM.Any needs to airport flattens are easily dealt with via AFM - Airport Flattening meshes. An airport I particularly enyoj flying out of is L05 - Kern Valley in the late afternoons in a heavily laden DC-3, heading for O26 - Lone Pine to arrive at dusk. Cheers, - jahman.
