September 9, 201114 yr Anyone know which sound file is responsible for the Seat Belt Chime sound? I've looked through the folder within NGX but can't determine which one it is as I want to engineer it with a louder volume. PS: Had to engineer the Wind sound files previously as I thought they were too dominating when flying at cruise...now happy with the result. September 9, 201114 yr On the flightdeck of a NG you hear lots of wind, and you would hear the Chime better if you go into the CDU settings and change the sound from 50% to 100%\ (Remember to sign posts with your full name) -Ryan Vince Quote from 911 magazine: "- ...RSR delivers unparallelled performance and stunning looks"

September 10, 201114 yr It is pretty realistic sound volume wise from the flight deck. They modeled it by what you would here on the flight deck. Sitting on the ground with the engines shut down and fans off you will notice a significant difference then chiming at altitude. Ken EhlersF70
September 10, 201114 yr Based on various feedback we will look to increase the volume of the chime sound a little in the upcoming SP. Armen L CholakianPMDG Sound Engineer
September 10, 201114 yr Hi Miquel, No changes in the callouts - you can increase their volume from the options menu if you want them louder. Here is a tutorial on how to do it: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/342643-louder-callouts/ Armen L CholakianPMDG Sound Engineer
