September 25, 201114 yr In the aircraft cfg file, the hotfix number is stil 2922 for the WL version (800 only). The 800 (with no winglets) shows hotfix 2987 as well as for the 900/900WL. Could somebody tell me why. Thanks and regards Real Deraps
September 25, 201114 yr All of my aircraft.cfg files show 2922. Spent all day trying to get this thing to work. I'm flying with no issues now, but I honestly don't know if I have HF4 installed. How can you know for sure? Dennis Trawick Screen Shot Forum Rules
September 25, 201114 yr Author Maybe it shows 2922 but in reality that's 2987. That's strange that i have 2987 for all versions except for the 738WL. I've haven't tried it yet but i'm just wondering if it will change something even though it shows 2922. I have the same question as yours Dennis. How can you know for sure? Real Deraps
September 25, 201114 yr Moderator I had the same problem. If you guys delete all four of the a/c cfg's, meaning go into each model folder and delete the cfg, then re-run the updater, it will write a fresh a/c cfg with the correct number.Just make sure to run Ezdok setup again to get your cameras back and you will need to reinstall your liveries.Sean Campbell Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
September 25, 201114 yr Commercial Member 1. Uninstall liveries with the manager2. Delete aircraft.cfg and aircraft.cfg_old files from all 4 PMDG_737NGX folders in FSX\Simobjects\Airplanes3. Rerun hotfix installer.4. Should now have the correct cfgs - reinstall liveries. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
September 25, 201114 yr Author Thank you very much Sean and Ryan. All aircraft.cfg have the right number now. Only one thing Ryan, in the 739 folder i had an aircraft.cfg old files and i didn't delete it (forgot) before running the installer. Would it cause problem? Real Deraps
September 26, 201114 yr Commercial Member Shouldn't no - those are the backup files that the Livery Manager makes - just a good idea to clear them out as it's possible the Livery Manager could restore one and put you back to an old version.
