Sync between IvAp and NGX transponder

Recommended Posts

Picking on the transponder topic... I've searched through the configuration files trying to find the default transponder code of 1200 so i can change it to 2000 but i can't seem to find it. Does anyone know where to change the default 1200 startup code? Thanks
I asked this before and if memory serves I was told it should be saved in the situation file. What I did notice though is it seems to still reset to 1200 when you make the a/c cold & dark so maybe it's hardcoded in FSX somehow...it doesn't seem to be a/c specific.

I have flown over 2500hours on ivao and never expected that when you turn the transponder to ta/ra in the aircraft, the ivap sqwark goes to active as well? Am I correct or is this just the numbers?Alex
You can set it up in the Ivap config utility.Bert Van Bulck

Thank you. I'll set it up then save the panel, see how that goes :)
