Are you guys using a pre SP1 panel state? If yes this 99% is your problem.

William-Don't just reset it- delete it and create a new one...In the pre-SP1 airplane, we found that the fuel temperature value was getting un-bounded during the save/load phase... This could result in values of several million degrees below zero, and no matter how long you flew the airplane you'd never see the temperature needle come off the -40C peg...The bounding problem was fixed for SP1, and it should now remain within the normal limits...But make sure you delete those saved flights/states completely and regenerate in order to avoid this issue!
