NGX and other PMDG Aircraft

Recommended Posts

I have installed the PMDG 737-NGX to a new installation of FSX Acceleration. I have also, the JS4100, 747-400/F/8i. I neglected to ask before I installed the 737-NGX: Is there a recommended sequence regarding installation? I seem to remember there being a sequence.Jon Shearer

Most discussions I've read suggest installing in the order they were produced, so 744 first & ngx last should do it.

yea true but what happens if u got all of them except the 744, sure your not going to uninstall the other pmdg so you can install the 744 and than reinstall the others again? Like to know form pmdg if it makes any difference in installing pmdg aircraft

It makes a diffrence. For instance the AIRAC will not be up to date any more if you install the NGX before the 747. Then you will see the AIRAC from the 747 instead the newer one from the NGX.
