The posts in question were the result of the head of another company prodding his customers to come into our support forum and stir up trouble and make accusations because he told them half-truths about a private business deal he was attempting to work with us. I don't see anyone accusing him of being unprofessional though, just us when we respond because we're the 800lb gorilla that everyone looks to get offended by.RSR was justifiably upset (so am I and everyone else here). We're people too however much some of you want to think we're some giant faceless Fortune 500 corporation - we can only take so much before we feel like we have to respond strongly. The person in question had antagonized us literally for years now for not playing along with his "business" and quite frankly it was about time.

I appreciate that Ryan, really I do. However, I think that what what Robert did was to bring it down to 'their' level and, those who matter, know that he (and the rest of you), are not like that.I'm certainlay not implying at all that PMDG shouldn't be "justifiably upset". Just that the way Robert acted was worse than some members I've seen banned for such posts. You are indeed "people too". Trouble is Ryan, when developers rise to the standard that you guys are, certain responsibilities go along with that also.

I take it the original thread this stemmed from has been deleted?...Would be an interesting read by the sounds of it
