November 27, 201114 yr If you've already purchased the extended download service you will need to open a support ticket to get the download link turned on.
November 30, 201114 yr Problem is, I (and others) can't log in to put in a ticket. Trying to get the password doesn't work because no e-mail is received. The password for the normal PMDG account doesn't seem to work for a support ticket, so we're stuck... BobK
