Noticed on my flight tonight that the range rings on on N/D on the FO's side is missing, never seen this before and can't remember I did any setting changes.Have looked through the various options in the FMC but to no avail...where do I find the setting that controls this?

Mine too.Also the range indicator is set at 10nm but the display is showing 5. It displays half of what is set on the control.

Pants I need to read up on that!in the 767 it displays the range for the set range so I assumed it was the same.Thankyou

Thanks, that did it!Is it me or did the TFC button when not selected always remove the range rings on the N/D...can't remember it was like this before SP1b but guess if it did change it was because that's how it works in the real a/c?

I am glad I could help.Both sides should be off by default if I recall correctly.

Tried to find this setting in the FMC but couldn't find it...only the setting for the 3 nm TFC range ring. The range rings I'm talking about are the larger normal N/D range rings.Never mind, all is good now after pressing the TFC button on the FO's side.
