Im considering the purchase of active sky evolution, however already having AVSV is it justifiable? Is active sky evolution only an interface upgrade(new look) or does it depict weather better?I have had years of enjoyment with avsv, but im feeling a weather program upgrade is due.Thanks.

What is AVSV?Nate: try FSMetar, get the public beta 1.5.5. You may need some .ocx files to run it on Win7 if that's what you use. I've got 'em if you need 'em.Jim

That is ASV6.5 typed in a different order with a few extra letters.

Running 2 weather programs at the same time is really asking for trouble.

What happens when one program reports one set of conditions and the other different conditions?What happens when one updates and then 10 minutes later the other updates?Why in the world would anyone run 2 weather programs at the same time?
