FCOM 1 and 2 would be a great place to start! :)

If you can get access to the Maintenance Manuals, the description and operation bits throughout provide very indepth explanations.

You won't get much more " in-depth " than the CBT !! My advice is to keep studying that.After that the FCOM's for reference."The Boeing 737 Technical Guide" by Chris Brady is a nice book to own.
