Nice line up! Thanks for the good link as always.I had almost ordered the H100 with my Best Buy gift cards, but really I can't justify that price tag.

Cool review, Alain! Very impressive performance by the H100 - even on the low setting.

You also have to keep in mind the H100's fans spin at 2500 rpm (high) while the NH-D14 peaks at 1300 rpm, and you can add a third fan to the NH-D14 and still keep it cheaper and quieter than the H100 (& H80)With my 1850rpm Gentle Typhoons I got 2 - 3 ºC lower temps, but run them at 1400 rpm anyway. I can only imagine how noisy the H100 is at full speed with the rad mounted outside of the case...and I would have wanted to see the new Phanteks TC14 there too

The stock H100 fans are a joke. I am going to purchase the Cougar 120MM case fans for my H100.Those suckers push [email protected]!!What voltage do you run on your CPU?

Tell me about it....I have one of those fans pulling cold air from the bottom of the case and when I put my fan controller on high it's really, really loud. I've got Cougars and they are one of the best fans on the market right now.
1.36V
Darn... How did you get it stable? Do you have Skype or some kind of messenger so we could maybe get my chip a bit lower and clocked higher possibly?

Did you try running your H100 on low? 2500 rpm is going to be loud regardless of the make and model of the fan. According to one of the Corsiar reps on overclock.net, the stock H100 fans have ridiculously good static pressure, which is what really matters for a radiator.According to the review, the difference between low and high is only ~4.5 C and even on low the H100 beat the NH-D14 by 1.5C. Looking at it from another perspective, the H100 provides top cooling on the low setting. Perhaps you should only use the medium or high settings for stress testing.I'm willing to bet you will find spending more money on other fans is a waste.

I am holding off on the Cougar fans for now. I have the Aerocool 120MM fans in pull config on the radiator. They are 82CFM@25DBa and they keep my 2700K@55-60C under max load.

Every chip is different. Check the "BIOS pics" thread for my settings. All you have to do is to use LLC and find the maximum stable overclock at the minimum Vcore below your safe Vcore of choiceMine is 1.375V, so I settled for 4.8GHz - 1.36VI tried 5GHz 1.4V but Prime failed within minutes. if I need at least an extra 0.05V for another 200MHz when I could run 4.6GHz at 1.336V that tells me I should stop right there

I can't find that thread even with the search function. Could you link me please?
