It seems very sad to know that these developers work so hard for the customers of fsx, and now it seems they won't make any money. January 6, 201214 yr I doubt any 3rd party devs are sulking over this. If nothing else, they're probably throwing a huge party right now. Think of it, they don't have to work with a brand new SDK, no porting worries for their software offerings, they can now continue adding to their software catalog, they get to keep their current user base. What's there not to like, especially knowing Flight is not a threat. It couldn't have turned out better for them really. FSX hasen't been ended, it's been EXTended. January 7, 201214 yr That has to go down as the most accurate and memorable quote for the day!Very true.Over the past few months we have begun to really scrape the surface of what FSX is capable of.NGX, REX, ORBX, and FlyTampa are really what make the sim fantastic. It can obliterate any attempt by MS.
