February 9, 201214 yr @ Jake: Oh, I forgot to answer your question asking if I'd been to JF's site. I did go to JF's site and I couldn't find anything there relating to the issues I'm having with 757 Captain. some of the links that might be of use don't even work. Most of the discussion is around their free version of 757 -which looks kinda playskoolish in comparison to the payware version, if you ask me..Uhm, what's this "Prepar3D" you're talkin' 'bout? Geo-
February 13, 201214 yr Author Despite setting the VideoMemoryOverride=1610612736 command, I'm still going OOM approaching dense ORBX areas like Seattle and Brisbane on max auto-gen. I'm playing with lower auto-gen setting to see if it makes any difference. I'm also working with ORBX support on this, and will keep you posted. I'm still surprised thsi happens more than adequate system specs. February 23, 201214 yr Author One thing the guys in ORBX support suggested was setting a limit of FPS. I went to 30. I also lowered my auto-gen. Right now the Brisbane and Seattle areas are working fine with these settings, and I was also able to delete remove the video memory override command. From this I take it that unlimited frame rates must be very demanding on my system.
