On the other hand everyone should be treated special (in deeds not just empty words), but no one, whether corporate or not, should unfairly receive special protected status that is not equally and fairly extended to all. No one is too low to be praised when pleasing, or too high to be criticised when not.

Couldn't agree more. I sometimes feel that in some *other* communities that I have been a part of, there is bias among users and posts.
