HiI Purchased this about a year ago, just did a reinstall but keep getting messageThis version of radar contact is unregistered.I found the original email I was sent withYour Radar Contact Version 4 key is etc etcTyped the key in to the "when you recive your key box" and then selected "click here after etc"After a little while the registration box dissapears then reload radar contact and it appears again.ThanksAlso tried putting the order number in but no luck, also the order number in the email is different to the order number that comes up in the box

You need a new key, have to resend to support.

If the product code changes something has changed in your PC such as caused by an HD reformat. If your e-mail has not changed since your order and first registration, you should get an answer within a short time from the automatic registration system. Make sure jdtllc.com is allowed to pass through your PC and ISP spam filter.Make sure when pasting in your new key that no spaces follow the last character as windows sometimes does. The cursor should immediately follow the last character.If your e-mail address has changed then you'll have to have your new key generated manually.
