Just built an i7 rig and can not believe the awesome performance of fsx. I will finally be able to fly the queen of the skies, and will purchase it on th 29th. I will also download flight and hope it becomes an awesome and enjoyable platform.

FScamp, What makes you so certain that no third party developers are making Flight DLC, or won't be in the near future? Flight relies on DLC, so of course MS is going to take a more active role in it's addons.

Yes, I read that article, which also states: "However, it will think about allowing third-parties on board if it struggles to meet a massive demand." And that was my point.This entire thread is yet another attempt to polarize the members here into two sides: FSX vs. Flight, and to bash Microsoft and Flight (which was ridiculed in the opening posted, calling it "The Flying Car Hawaii adventure game").That is wrong. This forum should be supportive of any new flightsim; and despite what many here seem to think, Flight is very much a flightsim.When the AeroFly flight simulator was released, there wasn't any big push to buy FSX addons, or to polarize these forums.

I don't know how it's in USA, but we don't call here people by 2nd names. Maybe it's different where you live, but calling someone like that is simply unrespectable. Calling them with a prefix, like Mr., Mrs., Ms. whatever is another thing though. I really don't get what your deal is...

Okay, am shutting this one down. Any further mention of FLIGHT outsided of the closed FLIGHT forum will be removed immediately. And the FLIGHT Forum will not open until the 29th. So, in other words, FLIGHT is now a forbidden subject in ANY of the AVSIM Forums until then and any - ANY - post related to it will be removed. And... it could be worse than that.
