February 11, 201214 yr learn something new every day....I missed this one somewhere for Windows Vista and Windows7....open the "start" button and type in "snipping" into the search bar without quotes. You'll see it find the snipping tool program. Click on it, you can now take a screen shot WITHOUT the need for 3rd party apps. Now to figure out a hotkey for it.Which is also easy using the right click, properties, then shortcut tab. February 11, 201214 yr I finally upgraded from XP64 to Win7 and early on I saw the Snipping Tool. Few tries at it and I like it! One less third-party utility to have to worry about, though I still have another box running XP...
