February 14, 201214 yr It's going to depend on how much value we get from the PCIe 3 upgrade. FSX is mainly CPU dependent, but there could be a PCI bottleneck that could unleash much better performance. 5gz is still 5gz.. There are many users at 5gz right now who still experience fps drops in densely populated AG areas.If anyone has a PCIe 3 board, I would love to know if it improved performance running FSX in these dense cities. MSFS
