February 12, 201214 yr Recently I had to open an alternative mail account to get a support ticket to go through because of the problem with at&t, Any body know if they got that resolved yet, I want to delete my temporary mail account , Having a bad experience with hotmail and i want to stop using it. I signed up and from my hotmail account I sent a message to my at&t account just to make sure my new account was working ok and suddenly all my e-mail contacts that i have with my at&t account starting getting unwanted spam from me and I wasn't even sending anything. Maybe I'll go ahead and delete that mail account anyway. Curt Brake.

February 14, 201214 yr Commercial Member Curt-The issue is not resolved. We have sent ATT approximately 40 notifications per their own procedures, but they have been ignored and/or not acted upon. The issue, best we can tell, stems from the fact that we use Constant Contact for some customer communications. We sent out an advisory notice to all of our NGX customers in December and within about 2hrs we were black-listed from ATT's networks, even though they are the data provider to PMDGHQ... (morons)To give you an idea how poor their customer service really is: Three of the sites that they refer you to in order to resolve their willy-nilly blacklisting result in 404 errors. The fact is that ATT is one of the most poorly run companies in the world- and I looking forward to dropping them as a service provider based on the extraordinary lack of competence with which their operations are run. Robert S. Randazzo PLEASE NOTE THAT PMDG HAS DEPARTED AVSIM You can find us at: http://forum.pmdg.com

I had a question about the Micro-Cell a few weeks ago and the service was excellent... I now get full bars at my house, and no dropped calls. i7-6700K @ 4.5 GHz, 16 GB DDR4-2400 MHz, GTX 1070 8GB
