Thanks Bob glad Pam was able to find your details in the list. We're still not where we want to be and poor Pam is currently flooded with phone calls and e-mails, but I DO hope the German company keeps its promise and doesn't send out any more invoices now.

I was assured that the shipping had started now, but I won't publish anything confirming until I hear from the first readers getting their magazine delivered.
