FSrealWX lite - it keeps it's promises

This FSRealWX Lite I have is not working well.. For example, I'm at the gate, pre-flighting. I try loading the weather. Press "Start." It does all of its downloads and stuff, then once it loads the winds and clouds, less than 5 seconds later, the weather just clears; winds are zero, altimeter's 29.92, and clear skies. Also, while cruising, winds would be inaccurate to the real world winds, and there would be rapid wind direction changes.. Constantly!! I'd be cruising, then all of a sudden, winds would change all of a sudden, bringing me to overspeed. While flying a Virtual Airline on VATSIM, it records when you go overspeed, and it doesn't look great. I'd really like some help if anyone would be able to. Thank you!
