..also can try disabling scenery in the FSX checklist and try again, and maybe try another aircraft...

The first thing you need to do is go to the Event Viewer and see what the error message is. It will tell you what failed, let us know....

Error 2/17/2012 6:06:52 PM Application Error 1000 (100)Here is a jpg of the errors. I dont understand why those two airports. How I disable those files

Unfortunately you have the dreaded sim1.dll crash which was a known issue with conflicting textures and applications. There is a lot of information if you google sim1.dll crash. You may want to search to see if any of the scenarios apply to you and start troubleshooting from there.

Start all over with FS and then add one thing at a time and go to those airports.

Any other suggestions???
Start by disabling a scenery in your Scenery Library (remove the checkmark) until it stops. When the error stops you'll know the offending program is that caused your crash. Does this happen at every airport or just the one where it crashed?Best regards,Jim

Your question::::: Does this happen at every airport or just the one where it crashed?::::no :Only at KFLL and SKBO Hi Jim, Thank for your assistance. I went to the scenery library (removed the checkmark) but it is like finding a needle on a haig stack do you know or any one of any tool that may be a help tp find this corrupted file?

unfortunately this is a trial and error operation. Just be patient and you should be ablew to isolate the offending area. Have you tried disabloing or uniinstalling the power pak FP's?

To avoid spending the rest of your life trying to find the ofending scenery,
  1. Disable the first half of your sceneries.
  2. LOOP:
  3. Do you still get the CTD?
  4. - If Yes: The bad scenery is still active, so disable one half of the remaining active sceneries and repeat (GoTo LOOP)
  5. - If No: The bad scenery is now disabled, so enable all the sceneries you just disabled in this pass and disable all the sceneries you justt enabled.

Eventually you will only have one scenery left, and that will be the bad scenery. The number of times you will have to test (i.e. LOOP) is Log 2 (Number of Sceneries), so if you have 512 scenery entreis you will have to repeat the test 9 times (if 9 seems like a lot, its a lot less than 512!)This strategy is called a binary search.Cheers,- jahman.

Huh?I'd like to say I had to much fun in the 60's but I was born in the early 70's.
