February 22, 201214 yr Is there anyway to let the FMC overshoot the waypoints?. This picture shows that MIQNB is not even close to be overshoot. Thanks Michael Moe Michael Moe
February 22, 201214 yr If you mean that the aircraft should overfly then no, you can not. It is quite annoying but unfortunately it is impossible, even in RW. The only way to make the aircraft overfly a waypoint is if it is coded in the SID or STAR. If you yourself want to make the aircraft overfly on a invented waypoint you can make 2 waypoints after each other. Then the MD11 will overfly the first one and "shortcut" the second.Google for "MD11 overfly" and some good threads show up like this one http://forum.avsim.net/topic/238089-md11-fmc-how-to-force-the-11-overflying-a-waypoint/Good luck tricking the MCDU :Peace:Manfred Manfred G. Ships are cooler that you think.
