March 11, 200422 yr HiHas anyone ever had "Card used recently" with the wrapper and the purchase is not allowed. I used it at Flight1 about 36 hours ago to buy something, which was succesfull. It seems to not allow 2 purchases in 24hrs, but it's now 36hrs, and there is nothing blocked on the card etc.Anthony
March 11, 200422 yr I've never had this error when using it, but my guess is to keep the card from being charged multiple times by accident. :)

March 12, 200422 yr I just got off the phone with Steve H. at Flight1. He said the only thing is you cannot purchase the SAME SOFTWARE within 1 hour of when you bought it last. We have had a lot of people buy both our LCY and EGKK sceneries 1 right after another without any hickups. On very, very, very instances there may be a technical glitch in the system but should always be resolved within an hour. If you have any more problems you can still always email him or Jeff at the address you already have. Steve says "thanks for letting us know". That goes for me to. Hope this helps. Jeff D. March 12, 200422 yr Thanks, as I said yesturday I bough the Eaglesoft AI package. Today (after 36hours) I want to buy the Eaglesoft Citation X, which I have not bought before. When you say the same software, do you mean produced by the same company as I would not have the Citation twice.Seems I need to contact Steve direct, where would I find his email other than posting at their forum.Thanks for all your help you are giving, not getting it from where I should I think !, and it's not your software.Anthony......
March 12, 200422 yr No problem. I'm sure he means the same product. So you should be able to buy different products from the same company. It works great for us. We've had no problems doing multiple sales at once. Jeff is a great source at Flight1 for getting help. I'm not sure Steve published his Flight1 email normally, although I'm sure he wouldn't mind, but just to be sure, I'll leave you in Jeff's capable hands. I just usually call Steve at home when I need something..lol. Jeff emails me when we need to help a customer on our end that they cannot help. :-)You might contact Eaglesoft and see of they if they've had any problems or in the process of changing product ID's within the wrappers which may be the cause of your problems. If you still cannot get Flight1 via email, let me know and I'll let them know they need to get to you ASAP. Jeff D. March 12, 200422 yr Ha Ha, the CX is a blast to fly for me even after flying it for the last six months:-) I still like my Beechjet 400A though and we're doing a little revision that I think folks will like:-)Talked to Steve last night and of course got the tools the other day...much better set in my book:-)
March 12, 200422 yr I had this happen. I tried to buy the Cessna 310 and 152. I did the 310 first, then got the error with the 152. I had to wait a couple of days before I could purchase the 152.They told me it was my bank, but I think it's something with their system. I've burchased groceries, then when I got out to the truck I relized I'd forgotten something and gone back in and had no trouble puchasing items at the same store only 5 minutes later with the same card before.
