Try the PMDG house paint, that has the airstairs installed. Like others have said they are an option, and most airlines don't need them so they don't get them as they add a lot of weight to the plane. If you want you can install them on any livery through the CDU, PMDG setup, Aircraft, Equipment, page 5: (airframe). Should look like this:See the intro manual that came with the NGX for more about these options.
