I have a very kid friendly gaming website(I try to explain things in ways that kids, and even their grandparents can understand), which now includes a Flight section (which is still growing). I plan on adding some tutorials in the near future. The link is in my sig.

Thanks Arwen, I will keep that in mind as I get more and more questions from my students. Yet another came to school to day telling me they just bought a joystick....It is growing. Seems each day a few more students try it out.
