I've tried everythiing I can think of to change the radio frequencies in the planes with radios.l can swap frequencies, but not change them. (I get a hand but it doesn't do anything).I read somewhere that you can do it from the Map Legend, but I can't find any legend when I go to the Map with "M".Any help on using the radios would be appreciated.

Click on and hold the inner or outter knob and drag left or right to change the value.

Another way is just to place the mouse cursor over the knobs and rotate the scroll.Free Flight -> Map Legend -> Check Radio Navigation is just to show or hide the navaids

I find the scroll wheel to be easiest way to manipulate things like radio knobs and panel lighting.

Thank you gentlemen, that was exactly what I needed to know.No help at any microsoft site, but I can always expect a good answer from this forum.
