March 8, 201214 yr Many of us would like to disable this screen. How can this be done? Best regards from RelaxX
March 8, 201214 yr Click the mouse and it's instantly gone, what's the problem? Of all the games I've played over my time the opening sequence to flight is probably one of the least annoying and least intrusive I've seen. A lot of games have at least 3-4 timed splashed screens you can't skip past and are forced to sit through. MS Flight *click* splash gone, and main menu appears. March 8, 201214 yr He was asking if there is a line of a text file where you can set the splash screen to 0 or 1
March 9, 201214 yr Author I am not talking about problems. I am only looking for a smart solution to deactivate the splash screen. Best regards from RelaxX
March 9, 201214 yr Normally you could simply replace the intro movie with a fake intro movie, but MS Flight has EVERYTHING in .pak files now and afaik every single edit prevents you from playing the game. I also don't think the intro movie is a big deal, just like I don't care about the add on the main screen, but still, it would have been nice to skip them.
March 9, 201214 yr I'm still failing to see how this is a nusiance. *intro appears* *click as soon as you see it* and it's gone.. If there was a way to disable it you are literally saving a fraction of a second at most. March 9, 201214 yr Agreed, the though of it being a nusiance never entered my mind , at least until I saw this thread, and I do not find it a nusiance or inconvenience in any way. Don B
March 9, 201214 yr You already clicked the mouse half a second ago to launch the program. Just click again. Think of it as an extended double-click.
