AVSIM Adopts FORUM RUNNER as Mobile App

Featured Replies

After some issues with our mobile skin we have decided to go to the FORUM RUNNER app for Iphones, Ipads, Androids, and other mobile OS'. FORUM RUNNER is a $1.99 app that can be placed on any of your mobile devices. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE FORUM RUNNER to have access to the forums. You can access the AVSIM forums via your browser using the default AVSIM skin if you so desire. FORUM RUNNER speeds up access, decreases data / bandwidth consumption, and is universal across a number of forum types. You can access hundreds of different forums from FORUM RUNNER.From within your device, go to your app store and search on FORUM RUNNER.Purchase it if so inclined (you can also get a demo version with limited functionality).Once loaded, go to the GAMES category and search on AVSIM.Select AVSIM and log on.You are now browsing AVSIM with your mobile devise.I have installed it on my IPAD2 and my ANDROID phone and both work perfectly. We hope you enjoy the new service!

Unfortunately as pointed out below in another thread many of us are unable to get into the forums with a native browser via Android or IOS anymore... Yet according to this it should be working fine so somewhere there is a disco in the FP ;)

I'll second this Tom- It's been unavailable for any native browser on iOS since you made your post last night.

Thanks!
