FMC double keying

Featured Replies

This probably me or my mouse but I thought I'd ask in case any of you clever guys has any ideas.Since SP1c I seem to get double keying on the FMC. For example I'll think I'm keying EG and when I look I see I've got EEGG.Has anyone else experienced this?Iain Smith

I've seen this too, but it's erratic. I installed VATSIM software (FSINN/FSCopilot) around the same time as SP1c and thought it might be related to this, but I've since uninstalled VATSIM and I still have the problem.I've also seen this occasionally: Clicking on the FMC to bring it from the panel to the screen causes it to flash on the screen and then return to the panel. Clicking it again properly brings it up to the screen.I'll submit a ticket for both of these issues.

I would concur that the double-keying in the FMC is more evident sincce SP1c, although I am able to tolerate backspacing and correcting- but just to chime in here since it appears that a support ticket is being generated. I also know that my typing sucks!-......This is such an awesome product! Thanks, Bruce.

Just to be clear, though -- I'm using the mouse, not the keyboard, for FMC entries.
