Are you selecting the runway first, then selecting the sid next? or visa versa?I'm not a 'pro' but the way I've been taught is to select (enter) the departure runway first, then the SID, then continue with the rest of the route.Hope this helps.Toni.
March 17, 201214 yr This is not typical, but should work either way. Usually you would enter the route, either by hand, or from database, before knowing what SID to fly. --Peter Fabian
March 17, 201214 yr Umm, well I don't know about PilotTrainer145, but I've been selecting the runway and then the SID. And I've been doing the RTE first then the SID, but that's what you're supposed to do so I don't know. Dear, dear. Thanks
