FLIGHT has at least brought us some activity, and revelations....Austin turns out to be a funny guy, and, all of a sudden, the new miracle of flight simulation ends up being revealed...This is way too much for me on a single day... going to bed right away... I need to get some rest.... :Liar:

I will tell ya, while I have thought a time or two I might like to get X-Plane just to check it out - never really got too serious about it, now I know I will never get serious about checking it out. While he thought he may be just having good humor, I found that crude and inappropriate to make fun of a competitor's product in that manner.I know two very different products - but I would still categorize MS and his company as competitor's. Very unprofessional.

He's just a little pissy because nobody but a few can navigate his friggen UI. Took me over an hour, WITH HELP, just to set up my joystick. XP still hasent surpassed FSX.

Maybe I'm the one who is missing something, but I can't help but believe that the whole thing including the authorship is an elaborate April Fool's joke.

Yep, that's what I think as well, but..., what about the 2nd link :-) Followed the article at AVSIM's portal but there is so much to read describing the project that I eventualy stopped reading... I have yet to understand exactly what that "Coanda" project is ...

Followed the article at AVSIM's portal but there is so much to read describing the project that I eventualy stopped reading...
Ditto here, I tried to figure out in the early part of reading what that was all about, and fairly quickly hit that little red X in the uppter right corner of my screen.
