Did that make sense? In other words, TrackIR -> Simmers/Fims, Kinect -> Gamers/General Entertainment.
Yes, it makes sense, concerning the different market for the two peripherals. But your two final arrows could just explain why MS is not really in a hurry to implement TIR in Flight Big%20Grin.gifA.

I don't really see Kinect and TrackIR competing with each other, and therefore don't see why Kinect would influence M$'s impelementation of TrackIR in Flight.
Agreed - while I am very passionate about wanting to see MS implement Track IR into Flight at some point as it moves forward, I do not believe myself this really has anything to do with why they have not as of yet. I posted the link to the blog annoucing it coming to Windows, namely because of the head tracking it will offer with it as well, which was interesting. From what I have read, I see them really as two very different products that do very different things, ie not really direct competitors.

Not too long ago i had the chance to see some new development involving the future use of kinect on a PC and i must say that i liked what i saw . so i called my nephew who bleeds FSX and gave him my TIR . I wont mind waiting for the Kinect to be ready for windows and Flight .
